Who is Ben?
My name is Ben Elie and I've had the pleasure of calling Brooklyn, New York my home all my life. as a young child, I was very active in cycling and various sports. My childhood and teenage years were shaped by staying active and taking advantage of what the outdoors had to offer in regards to staying fit.
My passion lies in the health and wellness of people. There is an insatiable desire to help everyone retain the vitality of their youth as much as possible. Countless individuals wish they could regain their vitality, youth, and vigor. The key to good health is prevention; that is what I teach, that is what I live, and that is what I love.
For the past three years now, I have been working as an Ace Certified independent professional trainer. I've worked with Bally's Fitness Gym and trained a number of their regular guests. I've also had the pleasure of training and becoming a family member of The Bar-Barians, a team of elite bodyweight specialist, founded on the goal of achieving physical perfection. I enjoy every minute of it and the freedom of being my own boss. I can already look back to many happy hours during which I was able to help my clients reach the goals they had set for themselves. The only feeling that beats feeling good and looking good is knowing that I helped someone feel the same.
Taurean Fitness is not only a program for fun, energized and heart pumping exercise classes, I will expand into other aspects of health as well. I believe that the body is a natural healer. If given the right raw ingredients, the body can return to a state of health providing a better, “Quality of Life”.
The combination of 3 ingredients are necessary for impeccable health; we must monitor our Physical, Mental and Spiritual Health. My program focuses on the aspects of our physical health which are; and are not limited to, Pure Air, Sunlight, Rest, Exercise, Proper Diet, and Water. The body needs all of these key ingredients for Life, Health, and Strength. The lack of, and absence of any of these is the cause of degenerative diseases across the globe. My purpose is to educate and disseminate information necessary to change lives though exercise programs and AMAZING health lectures!
